To be honest I wouldn't really consider spending that much money on something like that but definitely wouldn't if what you say is true. Doesnt seem worth it at all.

Have you considered a fiberglass bonnet? There's a guy on the facebook page making some but I'm not sure if he's made some up for the A series yet but I'm sure he will/would.
For £300 I think I would rather spray it myself or at least ask around in more body shops.

As I drove into work today I had a guy in a 4x4 follow me in to the car park. He rolled his window down and asked if I had hydrolastic suspension.
