Hi, inside the motor, there is a big gear that is driven from the motor worm gear,
on the big gear, there is a micro switch that rides on the ramp, as the gear rotates,
ie, wiper working, the micro switch gets switched on, then overridden by having the
dash switch or column being on, and the timer relay pulsing the motor, when you
turn off the wiper, the micro switch keeps the motor running until the ramp turns
off the micro switch in the park position, if the micro switch is jammed closed, the
motor will not self park, microswitch might just need cleaning/freeing off and greasing.
