Ib5 flywheel in r65 gearbox ???

Putting a 1.8 Zs engine in my metro running mems 3 will 1.4/1.6 ib5 flywheel fit r65 gearbox cheers
No, it wont fit, iirc the starter ring is the wrong dia for the R65 starter to engage the teeth,
fit a 1400 Mpi or 1600 flywheel and fit the 1600 clutch cover and plate, its what MG did
to standardise the 1400 and 1600 clutch and flywheels.
