Metro rear brake disc

Hi I’m look of a good way to remove the drums of a metro and a kit to convert to disc
I don't think anything is available off the shelf, but I would look into some of the mini rear disk conversions. with a minimal amount of fabrications should be able to adapt one of those.
I don't know why you would do so though as the original drum setup is perfectly adequate for the job.
