Hi all, rear offside arm won't accept grease. Taken nipple off and pumped grease thru it-seems fine. Does anyone have a solution ?
Many thanks

I have also experience this from time to time, but have been able to pump some grease in by applying more force. the only other solution I can think of is to take the axle out of the arm and clean both the arm and axle (it has a grease passage drilled through)

Thanks. Thought that might be the case. Came across the idea of heating up a wielding rod til red hot and inserting into the grease point, seems to have been done on jeep wranglers before and wondered if it had been tried on a metro. Is there a way of aligning the hole to try this ?

that might clear the grease-way in the axle, but the bearings in the arm will still probably be packed full of old dried grease. I think that taking off and using a solvent is the best solution.
