Could be a number of things, bushes, ball joints, hydraspaz. I ran the same and it tends to exaggerate faults IMO

Indeed they do rub on the radius arms, ive just gone 175/50 as they seem much easier to get hold of ( i know the speedo will be out ) not by much tho.

Not just you fella i cant access it either, as you say its a shame as it had a hell of a lot of decent info on it.

IIRC ascot se would have solid rather than vented. If the alloys are genuine then in theory they should fit maybe the brakes are aftermarket and the centre bore is wrong?
As dotmatrix says if your brakes are vented you will need spacers, these are 3mm thick and available from ebay.

As above in need of a front upper vvc timing cover cant find any anywhere someone in here must know of one somewhere.

Seriously? ive never seen any plastic tubes on any rear radius arms, and ive had 4 metros and know many people with them. Where do we get replacements? What diameter and length are they?

Plastic grease tube between the bearings?? Never seen that bit before.
