“Nearside rear suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn Radius arm” - can i but the bush/pin or is it a whole new arm?

Front upper ball joints- wheres best to get them?

Parking brake inoperative on both sides- might that just be a siezed cable?

Also need an offside rear passenger door handle

Sorry if its stupid questions just new to cars👍🏾

you can get a kit with all the things needed. axle, 2x bearings etc. providing your arms isn't worn also (sometimes the axle wears out through the bearing and out into the radius arm and then you need a new arm)

front upper ball joint: rimmer bros or minispares.

parking brake: probably seized handbrake arms. remove both rear wheels, screw the adjust all the way out, remove the drums, brake shoes, handbrake cable pin on the back. take out the handbrake arms and move it around until it moves freely. grease it lightly and put it all together. remember the direction of your brake shoes and adjust the brake shoes out using the adjuster. repeat this every half year to avoid handbrake trouble or squiking rear brakes

I dont know if the rear door handles is the same as the fronts. I have never had a 5-door.
