How do you do it on a R100. I assumed that you undid the bolts from the isdide the car which is ok on most of the bolts but one at the bottom as it looks differant and it wont move.

I believe the bottom hinge has two studs with bolts that needs to be undone from the inside. Besides there are two strengthning plates inside the a-pillar you need to grab and save for when the door is refitted

I seam to remember lossening several from the inside and then the last one had a differant head so gave up .if that is a stud would the nut be on the other side behind the wing ? so need the wing off first

I dont think you need to take the wing off. you should be able to reach all the outside ones with the door open and the inside ones between the two holes on the inside of a-pillar. (this is the way it is on the a-series metros anyway, but I believe its the same on the k-series)
