Know it's been done before. Just wondering whether the whole pg1 route is worth following. Quite happy with r65 on 135 bhp and only broken 1 gear box. Boxes are cheap if you ignore the smell, so is it worth the extra effort. Will change at some point to vvc160 solid and thought the r65 should cope ?

to be honest like you said the r65 boxes are cheap if I were you I would stick with that plus I'll be running a 160 on one I'll let you know if it goes bang .
